Figures on this site carry tier labels: confirmed (official or primary sources), reported (credible press), target (announced intentions). Facts age after their stated dates; large projects change. We publish dates so you can judge freshness, and we correct errors when identified.

On prices and returns

No official market price exists for Dholera plots. Any price range on this site is broker-sourced, indicative and unverified, stated as such. We make no representation about appreciation, returns or resale outcomes; land prices can fall as well as rise, and past appreciation anywhere guarantees nothing. Treat any assured-return promise, from anyone, as the red flag regulators say it is.

On projects and verification

Mention of any project, developer or registration number is not an endorsement. Verify every project yourself on gujrera.gujarat.gov.in, every land record on AnyROR, and every claim against official documents before paying anyone, including anyone we introduce. Our published checklists exist so you can hold everyone in this market, including us, to them.
