A Dholera site visit run by a seller has one destination: their plot, at the hour the light flatters it. Ours is a survey of the whole chessboard, because you are not buying a plot, you are buying a position in a city's layout.
The route, and why each stop exists
The expressway itself. The 109 km drive is the first data point: access is the spine of land value here, and you will feel what 40 minutes to an hour from Ahmedabad means versus the old two-hour slog.
The Activation Area. The 22.5 sq km zone where the trunk infrastructure is physically built: wide roads, underground utilities, the canal, the water treatment plant. This is the benchmark against which every "developed plot" claim should be measured with your own eyes.
The ABCD building and ICCC. The administrative heart, and proof of how much city-system is already running.
The Tata fab boundary. You cannot enter a semiconductor construction site, but you can see its scale, the workforce movement and the surrounding zone, which tells you more about employment gravity than any brochure.
The airport site. Runway country: see where the terminal stands and what "80 percent complete" looks like from the ground.
Your shortlist. Finally the plots, with survey numbers, layout plans and our verification notes in hand, so you compare what is promised against what is there.
Practicalities
Visits run from Ahmedabad, usually 8 am to evening. Wear sun protection; this is open Bhal country, flat to the horizon. We plan around weekdays when government offices are reachable for any spot checks. You cover your travel; our time on a planned visit day is part of the advisory relationship and costs you nothing extra.

The same route, live on a video call, camera pointed where you ask, documents shared on screen at each stop. NRI buyers use this as their first visit and fly down once for registration. It is not a lesser visit; several buyers found the video version more useful because they could rewatch the recording.
