Walk into the Dholera market as a buyer and you will meet a wall of sellers. Developers with booking forms. Resellers with urgency scripts. Portals ranking whoever pays. What you will not easily find is someone on your side of the table.
That gap is why this desk exists. We started Raaha Group in 2026, after months spent mapping this market the hard way: reading the DSIRDA development plan, tracking every mega-project against government releases, pulling real GUJRERA registration numbers, and cataloguing every serious developer, broker and portal operating in and around Dholera. That research is not a brochure claim. It is literally this website. Open any guide and you will see facts with dates and labels, not adjectives.
What we believe
The buyer's side is empty, so we stand there. Every rupee we earn is a channel partner fee paid by developers at closing, which we disclose before you transact. Until that point, our advice, guides and shortlists cost you nothing, and we have no inventory of our own to push.
Facts carry labels. Everything we publish is tagged confirmed, reported or target, with a date. The Tata fab's Rs 91,000 cr is confirmed. The expressway's March 2026 inauguration is reported. Airport operations in late 2026 is a target. When we do not know something, we say unknown. When only brokers quote a number, we tell you exactly that.
No is a complete answer. If your budget, timeline or risk appetite does not fit Dholera, we will say so and you will keep your money. A desk that cannot say no is a sales counter.

Why trust a new name?
Fair question, and we prefer it asked out loud. We are a young desk and we do not decorate that fact with invented sold-out numbers or stock-photo teams. What we can show you today: this library of sourced guides, our verification checklists, the real RERA numbers we cite so you can check our work, and a first conversation that will tell you more about our standards than any about page could. Trust is earned in the documents, and documents are our favourite subject.
