Real RERA registrations, decoded
Almost no Dholera site shows actual RERA numbers, because vagueness sells more comfortably than verifiability. We publish real examples for the opposite reason: once you have read three genuine numbers, no sticker can fool you again.
The format, field by field
A Gujarat project registration reads: PR/GJ/[district]/[taluka or authority]/[type]/[unique code]/[date, DDMMYY][/optional expiry]. For Dholera-area projects the district is AHMEDABAD; the taluka field shows DHANDHUKA on older registrations (the SIR's villages historically registered under Dhandhuka's geography) or DHOLERA/DSIRDA on newer ones, which is itself a quick age-and-authority tell.

Where the number fits in the filters
The five-minute verification, again, because it is the point
Portal, Project Search, district Ahmedabad, number or promoter name; match four fields against the brochure: promoter's legal name, project name, filed layout (find your plot number in it), status and expiry. What absence of a number means
Some pure plotted layouts sit in exemption territory (thresholds around scheme size and unit counts), where legitimacy rests instead on DSIRDA layout sanction, N.A. status and title. Absence plus absence, though, reads exactly as it sounds. A market where buyers routinely ask for the number is a market where the number starts appearing in the ads; be that buyer.
