Embraer-Adani exploration

This is the log's most speculative entry, and we publish it precisely to demonstrate how the lowest tier should be handled: visibly, cautiously, and without the upgrade-by-repetition trick the market plays.
What is real in this entry
A genuine MoU between a global airframer and a major Indian conglomerate exploring final assembly in India, with Dholera named among possibilities in reporting. That naming is itself a data point about the corridor's aviation-industrial pitch: a Code 4E runway, industrial land at scale, and an SEZ-friendly regime are exactly what assembly lines scout for.
What is not real yet
A site decision, an investment figure worth quoting, a timeline worth pricing. Aviation assembly projects shortlist multiple locations and let states compete; many MoUs of this species conclude elsewhere or nowhere. Our own corridor's history (Vedanta-Foxconn) is the cautionary tale for treating exploration as commitment, and this site does not repeat that error in either direction: neither inflating nor omitting.
The pattern worth holding
Count the exploratory tier's entries around Dholera in 2026: Fujifilm (materials), Tsingshan (steel and batteries), Embraer-Adani (aviation). Individually, each may fade. Collectively, they show the corridor entering the consideration sets of serious industrial planners across sectors, which is how anchor number two eventually happens. Watch for graduation events (site selection, cabinet-grade approvals); until then, this entry stays exactly this size.
