ASML partnership confirmed

Most corridor news is announcements about intentions. This entry is different in kind: it is a supply-chain fact about the single most critical machine category in chipmaking.
Why lithography partnerships matter this much
A fab is, at its core, a building wrapped around lithography systems: the machines that print circuit patterns onto wafers. ASML is the world's dominant supplier of them, its order book is measured in years, and its engagement is never casual: installations bring ASML's own engineers, training pipelines and service infrastructure to the site for the machines' working life. A confirmed ASML partnership therefore means delivery slots, integration planning and long-term technical presence, none of which gets committed to projects the supplier doubts.
What it says about the timeline
Tool partnerships slot into a fab's sequence between civil completion and commissioning: cleanrooms first, then installs, then qualification. With civil work past halfway and cleanroom fit-out underway in 2026, the ASML confirmation is consistent with the reported arc: trial silicon targeted from late 2026, commercial production reported mid-2028. Dates remain targets; the supply chain behind them is now visibly real.
The buyer translation
Nothing to buy differently today; something to believe differently. The question every Dholera sceptic asks is "will the fab really run?" Cabinet money answered the funding half in 2024. The ASML confirmation answers a chunk of the execution half: the machines have a maker, and the maker is engaged. Corridor confidence compounds from exactly such entries, which is why this log exists.
