It is the most recent registration in our compilation, and it is the only commercial registration in it.. Worth noticing: on these rows the number prefix moves with the recorded project type. This commercial row carries CAA, SHANTIBAN SKYLAR, the one row our compilation records as a mixed development, carries MAA, and most plotted rows carry PAA. December 2025: a mixed development at Dholera village
Seksaria Buildcon LLP registered SHANTIBAN SKYLAR, MAA16212, on 2025-12-15 at Dholera village itself, recorded as a mixed development with a complete-by date of 2029-12-31. The same LLP also appears in government allotment records: it was awarded The Amore Banquet, a corporate 3-star hotel, on 2024-12-24. A promoter appearing on both the project register and the allotment records is a fact worth knowing when you assess a scheme, though it proves activity, not outcomes, and we stay neutral on every name.
